Maris Parizanski
Maris migrated to Asheville in 2021 from her hometown of Chicago where she became licensed in 2016. She gravitated to the cosmetology industry, because she saw an opportunity to incorporate art in to her everyday career. She was drawn to Asheville for the mountains, and fell in love with the vibrant art and music scene.
Maris loves to create bright blondes to glossy brunettes, with an emphasis on accentuating and working with natural beauty to create the most low maintenance and effortless look. Balayage, gray blending, and lived-in color are some of her favorites.
Maris absolutely loves to help clients find the right cut & style to best suit each individuals facial features and personality, and most importantly, to help the client find a version of themselves in which they feel the most beautiful.
When she’s not creating at the salon, Maris can be found playing her guitar or working on other types of art. Camping and backpacking are also things she loves to do on her days off. She loves to explore the rivers of North Carolina by raft, as well as hiking on foot.
